Day 01: Delhi → Barkot | Overnight Journey
  • Report/Pickup from Delhi in the evening/night.
  • Depart from Delhi towards Barkot in a comfortable vehicle.
  • The journey will continue overnight through the scenic routes towards Uttarakhand.
  • You can carry some light snacks and water for the overnight journey.
  • Meals: None
  • Overnight Journey: Delhi → Barkot.
Day 02: Delhi → Barkot | Arrival by Evening
  • Continue the overnight journey from Delhi towards Barkot.
  • En-route, enjoy the beautiful Himalayan landscapes as you enter Uttarakhand.
  • Reach Barkot by evening.
  • Check-in at the hotel and freshen up.
  • Spend the evening relaxing after the long journey.
  • Prepare yourself for the next morning’s Yamunotri Dham Yatra.

Day 03: Barkot → Janki Chatti → Yamunotri → Barkot
  • From Janki Chatti, begin the journey towards Yamunotri Dham.
  • The trek from Janki Chatti to Yamunotri is approximately 5–6 km one way.
  • Pilgrims can complete the journey by trekking, Pony or Doli, at their own expense.
  • Reach Yamunotri and seek blessings at the sacred Yamunotri Temple.
  • Explore the temple surroundings and sacred sites around Yamunotri.
  • After Darshan, begin the return journey towards Janki Chatti.
  • Drive back to Barkot.
  • Reach Barkot by evening and relax at the hotel.

Day 04: Barkot → Uttarkashi
  • Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out and depart from Barkot towards Uttarkashi.
  • Enjoy the scenic Himalayan roads and beautiful mountain landscapes throughout the journey.
  • Reach Uttarkashi by afternoon/evening.
  • Check-in at the hotel and freshen up.
  • In the evening, you may visit the local market or explore nearby areas, subject to available time.
  • Relax and prepare for the next day’s Gangotri Dham Yatra.

Day 05: Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi
  • Early morning breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart from Uttarkashi towards Gangotri Dham.
  • Enjoy the beautiful journey through the Himalayan valleys along the Bhagirathi River.
  • En-route, witness the breathtaking mountain scenery and waterfalls.
  • Reach Gangotri and visit the sacred Gangotri Temple.
  • Seek blessings of Maa Ganga and explore the temple surroundings.
  • Spend some peaceful time near the holy Bhagirathi River.
  • After Darshan and sightseeing, begin the return journey towards Uttarkashi.
  • Reach Uttarkashi by evening.

Day 06: Uttarkashi → Rampur
  • Have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Depart from Uttarkashi towards Rampur/Sitapur.

  • En-route, witness the changing landscapes of the Garhwal Himalayas.
  • Reach Rampur by evening.
  • Check-in at the hotel and relax.
  • This evening will be kept for rest and preparation for the next day’s Kedarnath Dham Yatra.
  • Keep your essential belongings ready for the trek and leave unnecessary luggage at the hotel.
  • Overnight Stay: Rampur
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 07: Rampur → Sonprayag → Gaurikund → Kedarnath
  • Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
  • Check out from the hotel and depart towards Sonprayag.
  • Reach Sonprayag and proceed towards Gaurikund by local/shared vehicle, as per the local transportation system and at your own expense.
  • Gaurikund is the starting point of the Kedarnath trek.
  • Begin the trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath Dham.
  • The trek is approximately 16–18 km, depending on the current route.
  • The journey can be completed by trekking, while Pony/Doli/Helicopter services are available at additional cost and subject to availability/weather conditions.
  • Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan views throughout the trek.
  • Reach Kedarnath Dham by evening.
  • Check-in at the allotted accommodation.
  • If time permits, attend Kedarnath Ji evening Darshan/Aarti, subject to temple timings and crowd conditions.
  • Overnight Stay: Kedarnath
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 08: Kedarnath → Gaurikund → Sonprayag → Rampur
  • Wake up early in the morning.
  • Proceed for Kedarnath Ji Darshan.
  • After Darshan, explore the sacred surroundings of Kedarnath, including:
    • Bhim Shila
    • Adi Shankaracharya Statue
    • Bhairavnath Temple (subject to time and weather)
  • Return to the accommodation and have breakfast.
  • Check out and begin the trek back towards Gaurikund.
  • The return journey generally takes around 6–8 hours, depending on individual pace and weather conditions.
  • Reach Gaurikund and proceed towards Sonprayag by local/shared vehicle at your own expense.
  • From Sonprayag, continue towards Rampur.
  • Reach Rampur and check in at the hotel.
  • Relax and recover after the long trek.
  • Overnight Stay: Rampur
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 09: Rampur → Badrinath
  • Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out and depart from Rampur towards Badrinath Dham.
  • Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan route through the valleys and mountain roads.
  • En-route, witness the confluence of rivers and scenic landscapes of Uttarakhand.
  • Continue towards Badrinath.
  • Reach Badrinath by evening.
  • Check-in at the hotel and freshen up.
  • If time permits, proceed for Badrinath Ji Darshan in the evening.
  • Return to the hotel and relax.
  • Overnight Stay: Badrinath

Day 10: Badrinath → Mana Village → Rishikesh/Haridwar
  • Wake up early in the morning and proceed for Badrinath Ji Darshan.
  • After Darshan, have breakfast and check out from the hotel.
  • Depart towards Mana Village, one of the most prominent villages near the Indo-Tibetan border.
  • Explore nearby attractions such as:
    • Bhim Pul
    • Saraswati River
    • Vyas Gufa
    • Other nearby points, subject to time and local conditions.
  • After sightseeing, begin the journey towards Rishikesh/Haridwar.
  • The journey will take several hours through the Himalayan roads.
  • Reach Rishikesh/Haridwar by evening/night.
  • Check-in at the hotel and relax.
  • Overnight Stay: Rishikesh/Haridwar
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 11: Rishikesh/Haridwar → Delhi
  • Wake up and have your final breakfast of the journey.
  • Check out from the hotel.
  • If time permits, you may visit/explore some popular places in Rishikesh, such as the Ganga Ghat or local market.
  • Start your journey towards Delhi.
  • Reach Delhi by evening/night, depending on traffic and road conditions.
  • With this, we conclude our memorable Char Dham Yatra.

  • Backpack (40-60 liters)

Footwear

  • Trekking shoes: No sports shoes. The shoes need to have soles with good grip and ankle support.
  • Socks (3 pairs): 2 pairs of cotton (for trekking) + 1 woolen pair (used only for sleeping)Sandals/Slippers for walking around.

Clothes

  • Trek pants (2) including the one you are wearing.
  • Collared t-shirts (3 including the one you are wearing).
  • Preferably light, full-sleeved t-shirts.
  • Thick jacket: Carry 1 hollow full-sleeve windproof jacket/down jacket.
  • Thermal inners: 1 pair of lightweight, upper and lower (optional).

Accessories

  • Raincoat/poncho: (Mandatory as it can rain anytime in the mountains)
  • Woolen cap/ Balaclava: (Must protect ears)
  • Hand gloves: (Ensure that the gloves are warm and waterproof.)
  • Sunglasses: Any dark color but blue. Sunglasses prevent snow blindness. Sunglasses are mandatory for this trek.

Other Toiletries

    • (Sunscreen – SPF 40+, moisturizer, light towel, lip balm/chapstick, small soap, toilet paper, wet tissue)
    • Headlamp/LED torch(Mandatory)
    • Camera: Carry all accessories – spare batteries, charger, etc.
    • Water bottles: 2 bottles, 1 Litre each.
    • Trekking pole: Trekking pole is mandatory. You can also rent a wooden stick from Gaurikund.
    • Plastic covers: While packing, use plastic bags to compartmentalize things and carry a few extra plastic bags for wet clothes.

Personal Medical Kit

    • Mandatory. All these things need to go into one backpack. So make sure they are all light and you carry as little as possible.
Health & Safety :
  • Before starting the trek, calculate your BMI (Ideal BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9)
  • Health and Safety checks mentioned below should be made before getting prepared for the trek
  • A balanced mind and body are the first things that should be given importance before taking off because this is what will bring out the best of you in every condition.
  • Your body should be fit enough to cover the entire trek with the backpacks on your back along with your body weight. That is why proper stamina and strength are needed. Also, trekking is done on uneven multi-terrains and not on smooth paths. So to gain leg strength, perform simple squats.
  • Flexibility is very important when it comes to trekking. Good flexibility will be an advantage while walking on trails, climbing river crossings, etc. Attain flexibility by simply stretching or doing yoga.
  • As the Himalayan treks are ascending and descending the slopes, you will need a proper transmission of Oxygen from the lungs and heart to the body muscles. For this, trekkers should have good cardiovascular endurance that can be gained by doing cardio exercises like running, swimming, cycling, etc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip’s start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip’s start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip’s start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
  • The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.
